Definitely go with the 4g63t. There is sooo many options in aftermarket parts for that engine its absurd. I have a 93 Colt 2dr 5speed with a 4g63t running about 7psi and I still get 28-35mpg. There is so much power coming from the 4g63t it just ROCKETS a tiny little car. The 4g63t is plentiful just check out ebay, the hardest part for me was the AWD conversion but once I found everything I needed it only took me a couple months to throw it all together and have her back on the road. Hey Thomas. Nice job on your car! I used to have an 84 Colt Turbo. I may get another or a year like your's. Your year looks great with what you did.

I'm surprised how nice you got that thing look'n. Good job man, I just bought a 1990 for my wife and believe it or not, the little bugger impresses me, I'm just wondering if you cut the skirts off yourself, and how much work was involved to get that look on the rear well?

hi your car is looking very sharp,love the color,I am going to paint mine in a month or two its going to be fords sonic blue pearl.let me know how you make out with your motor swap,I have a turbo motor to put in mine,not sure how to go about it.keep up the good work. keith

Hey bro, nice colt! I like the look you've given it. It looks mean (from the right angle ;) ). I have a 1988 Dodge Colt E, 5 speed manual. Seeing your page on cardomain influences and enthuses me to continue my project on my Colt. How did you flare your rear wheel well? I'm hoping to round mine out because it is shaped like an octagon. My transmission died recently and I'm looking to get a rebuilt KM201. I've stripped the interior and I'm ready to apply paint (ridiculous I'm putting work into a colt, eh?). Keep the good Colt work up, and push some more style into that Colt than it already has!

your colt is real nice dude keep it going i have an 89 dodge colt to with a honda motor from a honda hatch back i have had the whole front end reworked with the same wheels you have but getting new ones i do custom paint jobs but still yet to paint mine. maybe in a couple of weeks ill have some pics of mine email me some time refes86@yahoo.com
