those gages, r just about perfect, just a few very small errors, but i can live with it, i honestly think you should get into the business of making custom gage faces, they are that good.

Yeah, they broke in half... right after they bent and twisted.
I did hydrolock the engine in a couple feet of water. It's my own stupidity that caused this one.
But yeah, you're right. The 3.8 engines do have a rare rod breaking incident... it's very rare, but it doesn't happen at all under normal circumstances on the 3.3 litre.
I was thinking about forging my own rods, using a factory 3.8 rod as a "master" to copy from. I'll have to forge a few more good swords before I want to throw a piece I make inside my engine.

The bong thing is to get dust out of the air before it enters the crankcase... I noticed all the valvetrain noise was coming from that area, so I figured the crappy breather filter was letting dirt through.
The catch can is on the other end of the PCV circuit to keep oil out of the intake... it's not crucial, or even necessary, but the inside of the manifold won't be all black and oily next time I take it off. I don't know how well it works though, it only caught a couple ounces over the last 3,000 miles (barely up to the clear tube).

I figured it out when you're page mentioned fabinator and head in the same paragraph.
I dunno what the stock compression is, I just know that mine's over 200. It's probably from the mods I did to increase compression ratio... I figured since I couldn't add boost, I'd do the next best thing.

Ah, so your're ECS, huh? Glad i finally found your car (stumbled upon it by accident). It's wierd that the Cylinder pressures are uneven, especially that they're that low. They should all be over 170psi, maybe the rings are leaking for some odd reason... they tend not to do that.
I lapped the valves before I sent the head, they should all be seating properly. One piece of grit may have been left behind causing the dripping valve, but I dunno how, I washed it in a solvent tank after I was done. I hope everything works out well from now on... I've dropped bolts down the intake before too, I decided to buy a magnetic pick-up tool. It worked, you should get one.

The popping from the exhaust is perfectly normal. It should only happen when you take your foot off of the gas. it's a combination of the high intake manifold vacuum level, and sound waves from the front and rear rows of pistons meeting up. The borla I installed with a magnaflow strait-thru completely eliminates that (I have a picture).

hey man, your dynasty looks awesome! i really like those cars, like my spirit except total luxury lol. thank you for your comments, i'm really glad you like my paint job. i like the bumper a lot, and many people have told me to do something else with the rest of the car. i've tried some photoshop chops but i just don't like how they look. it's more like a dodge touring car this way. i really have to tone down the lime on the front tho, i did that the other day and i hate it. i'm going to fix it tomorrow. take care and keep me posted on updates!!

No, wolvesdynasty89- you're wrong, the 3.8 NEVER saw use in the Dodge Dynasty OEM, the police package concept was a 3.8 Dynasty, but that never saw production. The 3.3 and 3.0 were the biggest engines used in the Dynasty specifically. Only the Chrysler AC/AYs- 5th Ave, Imperial - got 3.8 (optional starting in 1991, Imperial had it standard 1992-1993).
As to the "3.3 to 3.0 debate"- why bother having that arguement when its pretty well known by this point that you can use either engine in a performance application? And I don't just mean Shelby's Can-AM, people have gotten alot out of both engines.
