Really nice. Thumbs up. My only observation, for street use, have you thought about wider front wheels/tires?? In streets, it could be dangerous to have huge rubber on back, and small tires in front, oversteer.

sweet vega. don't feel bad. even the scrawny mustang ii's get called pintos, and until recently, they weren't even recognized by the Mustang Club of America. how bad is that? by the way, i saw a pinto on steroids once and i definitely wouldn't want to mess with it, even if i had a hemi.

Tim, I really dig your old Vega! As you can tell from my '66 Vette, I'm really into Pro Street! I would caution you as to those M/T's. I ran them on the back of my Vette while on the Hot Rod Power Tour in 2004. We had a bunch of rain and they are NOT the best deal in the rain. I looped my Vette on an interstate on my way back home from Green Bay. Had a semi right behind me. No fun when you look UP into his cab as you spin in front of him. The first thing I did when I finally got home was sell them and buy the new Hoosier Radial Street tire. Same big size, but much better in unexpected showers! Keep up the good work. I can't believe they mistake that beautiful wagon for a Pinto!! And go with the orange, especially if you can find a matching shade (maybe try a funoodle if you can't find that shade in the actual roll bar material) ;oD Love the Vega!

Nice Pinto. LOL just kidding. Nice Vega. Those rear tires are monsters! Lovin' the orange colour too. If you go with the orange padding on the roll cage it would accent and contrast with the black interior very nicely. Keep up the excellent work on your Chevrolet. Sign my g-book. Thanks!

completely awesome, check out my dad's 74 orange vega gt hatchback. ur car is soo awesome tho, i luv it. i bet it turns like 9's or 10's in the 1/4 mile.

Great work! I'm not sure how anyone could ever get that confuesd with a Pinto! Well some people have asked me if my car is a Pontiac, or a nova. At least those that say mine is a challenger or charger are close. Check out my confused ride sometime. Thanks, Cratethis.
