As far as horsepower, I haven't run mine on the dyno yet, but I would guess that it would be somewhere around 290-300 hp with the mods I have now (factory specs on the 5.9 R/T were about 250 hp).
If your looking for performance upgrades advice, the first things I would do are:
1) a cold air intake (AEM's are nice. K&N's are a staple, but a little bit more expensive)
2) a set of headers
3) a cat-back exhaust system (I like MagnaFlow myself).
These three things will give you the best bang for your buck and will greatly improve the sound and throttle response of your Durango. They will also create a solid base for any future engine mods you might want to do. Check out the Summit Racing website for some ideas and prices. Just select your vehicle year and engine size and away you go. Hope that helps.
