That a nice ride there is a fiberglass avaiable for your car, it will take a lot less space from your trunk. Checkout this website www.xactfit.com

i bought mine off ebay. they aren't expensive at all. heres actually a set on there:

yeah dude... the good thing about the TRD springs is that they include the factory warranty.. so if they fuck your shocks, your covered... however, do you really think toyota would develop something that would be detremental to your car, I dont think so... and the shocks are great... perfec lowering, still a smooth and comfertable ride, yet stiff enough for performance... as far as potoles, you need to avoid them as much as possible, just like any car..
