What started out as a simple tranny upgrade has now evolved into a complete drivetrain makeover. My buddy Rib from Overhaulin' is installing a Don Hardy built LT4 small block, 4L60E transmission, 500 steering box, dual diaphram brake booster, new headers and stainless exhaust, all new wiring, new front suspension bushings and full Hotchkis Suspension kit. I guess it never really ends!

Cool. Very nicely done. Brings back lots of high school memories when my buds and I worked and rodded 59 and 60 Bel Air's. Engine compartment is awesome and love the chrome on the tuned port.

Thanks for all the great comments. I am currently installing a 500 steering box, upgrading the brake booster to a dual diaphram and chroming the grill, front turn signal surrounds and taillight bezels. Looking for a 2 door 59 chevy wagon, anybody know of one for sale??

Wow. Thats all I can say. That thing is drop dead gorgeous! The back end with those tailfins is just so slick! The 20s, the beautiful red paint, the sweet interior, I could go on and on. You've done great job, keep it up!! 5 stars all the way!
