I replaced one headlight bulb in the last 6 months and I think I caused it to break when I was removing the headlight assembly to black it out. I haven't had to replace either of the fogs (knock on wood) or the turn signals (knock on wood again) and it's been about 6 months too.
I did have problems with other non OEM bulbs that weren't Silverstar blowing out on both left and right sides about every month. I started making sure to turn the lights off on the stalk before turning the car on and off and i think it has helped somewhat. I used to leave the lights on all the time and that's when I had bulbs blowing.

Jim,
I had to use a Metra wiring harness adapter that is for a GM vehicle because I have the factory delphi amp under the driver's seat. I also used an install kit that came with the stereo for getting the mounting holes to line up. I had a little play with moving it front to back, but with all the cables and aux options from the stereo, it was pretty tight. I also bought a second kit at Circuit City to see if it had more install options. It was the same as the one that came with the unit.

Tim, did you have to use a install kit for the LCD stereo?
Looks awesome.
Thanx, Jim
