Hi. I have one of these cars, and I know just about everything about them. I'll give you some initial information here, but feel free to ask me about anything more specific.
If you have the 3.3 litre, forget about the turbo kit (unless you happen to own a machine shop). Without extensive engine modifications, you'll be blowing head gaskets and snapping rods in no time. The 3.0 litre can be turbocharged a little easier, but you'll still need that machine shop. If you happen to have the 2.5 litre, some older Caravans had a 2.5 litre turbo engine... parts can be swapped with ease.
For wheels, like maybe nice wheels that won't send you to the soup kitchen, the Sebring JXI and limited wheels will fit perfectly (I have the JXI wheels on mine, they also come in chrome), the LXI wheels are a different bolt pattern. Other Mopar wheels from the late '80s and '90s will also fit, the "snowflake" wheels are extremely durable, and look kinda nice.
For brakes, go with the setup I have... and do the brakes before anything else. Use front calipers and brackets from a '92-'94 Grand Caravan (with the towing package and 15" wheels). Use the front rotors, rear rotors, rear backing plates, and rear calipers from a '90-93 Daytona ES (with 15" wheels) or Daytona IROC or Shelby. Use the brake pads that fit the vehicle the calipers came off of.
Also check out my page for some other cool stuff you may like. I can clarify anything that wasn't explained in enough detail.
