I'm lookin' to get me a J10, and have a choice between an 80' with the 360amc 3 spd auto for $650, not in running condition needs $1400-$2000 to get it back and running. Or a 77' J10 with a 360amc 3 spd auto for $2000, in running condition. I'm mostly looking for advice on if the 77' is going to be better than the 80' or vice-a-versa, any help would be great, thanks.

J-10s are Tough! Put some mud tires on that beast and see where you can go. Check out the Little Jeep.
