hey man id definately go with those rims. it would make a HUGE difference in the way the car looks!
the only pics that were new were the one with the sail panel cover and the one with my dimpled slotted rotors. i just waited to take a pic of the rotor because i didnt want to do it with the factory rims. for one they are ugly, for two they cover the rotors up really bad. the clear corners ive had for a while now. ive just experimented with blacked out and color matched rear markers. i think my favorites on mine are the clear markers though. i think smoked ones would look awesome on your ride

4 free car washes... Hey, better than nothing! Anyways, that's awesome about the guy who lets you check out the REAL sports cars up close! Well take care, and also keep me posted on what you do to your car.
Oh, and i think when I get a chance i'll post a picture or two of my old car. I still have it, in the works of selling it. Take care!

Hey bro, nice pics... Have you really seen all those cars up close? Anyways, I like your Firebird, it reminds me of what I first started out with, a 91 3.1L V6 Camaro RS. Anyways, your Firebird looks really good, how does it sound with those tips? Oh, and that sucks about your blackouts... That car wash should pay for it!

hey man i might have got it if they were asking a lot less than what they are lol. they want 20k for it but the paint is kinda rough on it and it looks like its been hit or something on the passengers side and someone fixed it up but the title is clear...so idk man but something definately happened. it definately made me want an ls1 sooo...dont be surprised when one day my car stars and you hear the roar of that mean corvette motor under the hood lol.
the seafoam was great. really made a difference in the way the car runs, and ive only put it in my oil once and gas tank once. i definately plan on running it through with the oil the next few oil changes, and also runnin it through my gas tank a few more times. i have yet to run it through the vacuum lines, but i will probably soon because it claims to restore power when run through the vacuum lines...so yah whenever i do that ill let you know how well it works

yo man so the girl and i went to the science center in st louis yesterday to see body worlds 3 which if you dont know is an exhibit of real people that have been set up in different positions and what not...dead people that is with skin removed to show different body parts and what not. then they have different bones and all kinds of stuff like that shown as well...anyhow we get back on the interstate after gassing up to head back home and this bmw was behind me...were both cruisin along and theres a slow car in front of me and one kind of going on the right...i speed up to get between them nascar style and the bmw takes off so i do too...holy crap it was fast lol. so i caught him later to see which bmw it was...naturally. it was a 645 I series. i looked it up today...325 horse at a 70,000 cost. kinda makes me laugh that he had to spend that much for 325 horse...no wonder i got smoked right. i told my girl that it prolly cost 50 g's and for that much money my car would only be a blurr going by....but add another 20 g's on...cops wouldnt even see me coming lol. anyway...jus keepin ya posted on the world of wheels

Yo! I finished the door mods today. Looks pretty awesome. Gonna take pics soon and post.
Oh, I also added a 4th page to the 'bird site, with step-by-step instructions for doing the door mods.
The light color on the doors really makes the interior stand out outside of the car. The dash and perhaps console mods would take it over the top for sure.

I'm not too keen on the smoked marker light thing. In fact getting the covers for the tails kinda throws off the perfect harmony i.e. all clear lenses in front, all red in back.
I'm still not ruling out cutting circles (maybe something else???) into the tail covers to expose the lenses. I'm also not ruling out buying two sets, so that I'll have solid and perforated.
Anything could be done with those lenses. Completely cover the outer side of the lenses with masking tape. Use pencil and stencils or whatever is needed to make the outlines. Using a dremel, cut holes/shapes to within 1/16" of the outline. Change to a long, 1/2" diameter grinding stone and go right up to the line (not at full speed though). finish cleanly by hand using emery paper rolled up like a blunt. Remove the tape when finished.
Circular holes about 2" or more can be edged with 5/32" vacuum hose, split lengthwise.
Oh, I made the template for the doors from the passenger door panel, then transferred the outline to the leather and cut it out, then test-fitted it and pulled it off to outline and cut the other piece. I then installed the passenger side leather today. I'll be making up a how-to guide with pics of what I done, later. May be posting a pic of the finished panel tonite. Check for that.

Um... Check out the Firebird page again. I guess you're sitting when you're on the computer so I don't have to suggest that you do before seeing my photoshop of what the rear of the car will look like.
