thanks man, you got a pretty nice yota yourself. I acually ordered my lift from www.sonoransteel.com A lot of the parts they use are stock toyota parts, thats kinda what swayed me to buy this lift.

Kevin, thanks for checking out my ride. There are aprox 5k left in the world operational, I would have to check my data and count what is actually in the US. But I do know that most are located in the US. You can still find them fairly easily and in many types of conditions. There is actaully a facility up by you that sells some and parts and works on the car. Here is a link, Toby (The owner of DMC North West) is a great guy to talk to and deal with.http://www.dmcnorthwest.com/

A solid axle swap is the only way to go if your looking for flex. I love my truck. I'm just finishing up with a dana 60 in the rear and dana 44 in the front. Havent tried it out yet but it should turn out good. Then jeep safari here i come to see what kind of damage i can cause. 5 stars to yours though

thank you for signing my guest book. I bought my axle rebuild kit from a local parts store from Yukon gear http://www.marlincrawler.com/images/setup_500.jpg. Marlin crawler sells the same kit, but it depends what part is not good on your axle. Are the knuckles and seals not ok or are the gears and bearings not ok? What I did was do the axle rebuild kit which does the carrier bearings, pinion bearings and seal. Then I cleaned the housing and installed new inner axle seals. Afterwards I changed the bearings on the top and bottom of the knuckles where it pivots (whatever their called). I then changed the wipers and felts because mine were all torn. After all of that then you are basically finished with the axle, but after that I changed the wheel bearings and seal. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Marlin crawler has a lot of stuff for axle rebuilding, but I bought most of mine from local places and from Toyota. Here is the website for marlin crawler http://www.marlincrawler.com/htm/axles.htm.

Hey man, I just bought the same truck as you about a week ago. I made a page if you want to check it out. I really wish I could make mine look like yours but I dont really know too much about it. Really like the rear bumber by the way man. Me and my dad are going to try to make one just like that. Check out my page if you like and let me know what you think. Thanks man. Have fun.

Thanks for your kind words on my LC. Your rig is pretty sweet too! An FJ60 in good condition with no rust (look for one in the South West) bone stock would probably run you around 4-6$k. But let me tell ya, their alot of $ to modify and not a whole lot of aftermarket parts around!
