I was curious, how could I make a cold air intake with my engine? I have seen them on the SOHC's too. mine is throttle body injection, not multiport, which is easier to do.

I recently had an engine flush done on my 1.6 OHC. its running much better, but I think I still have a vacuum leak somewhere. I have replaced my pcv hoses and my hose from my egr valve, but the problem is still there. If you know of any secrets to fixing this, please let me know, by the way, Your website is sick, keep up the good work..

awesome ride man, my friend in highschool had an '88 lemans that i allways wanted to trick out. I love to see custom work actually done by people themselves instead of the same old thing everyone has.. your gettin 5*'s cause you earned it

I was curious, besides changing the wire harness, would the computer have to be changed if I converted my 1.6 liter to twin overhead cams, or would I have to change the prom only?

that's interesting, post this on daewootech.com and see if anyone else has had the same issue. I haven't had the issue before so I would likely be firing into the dark.

I still have a vacuum leak problem, or so i think, my lemans runs great when it is at normal temperature, but when its hot and it has only been off for 10 minutes, i will go to start it, and the idle will surge for about 10 to 15 seconds and then drop to almost normal. it is causing oil to come out of my oil cap. if you know what it, could you please tell me. here is what i have replaced, o2 sensor, pcv hoses, air filter, oil pressure switch, distributor, wires, plugs, i don't know what else it could be...

as for the body kits, our specialty is just with the engine, tranny and some suspension/braking parts, body kit would be a long way off if at all.
you might contact Eirbuni Corp (meaning call) and ask if they still have the kit available that I bough from them. it's not the best but it can be made to be great. otherwise you will have to look to the UK.
as for the nasayers... have them take a look at this...

I saw your website and I was impressed, There needs to be more companies like yours for these cars. they have potential. i am tired of people saying that they don't. we can prove them all wrong! Are you going to also be offering body kits in production as well? that would be awesome!

You have one of the sickest LeMans's that I have ever seen, I like the powertrain. Mine, I have the SOHC 1.6. I have put a K&N High Flow air filter and a high flowing Cherry bomb turbo II muffler. it runs good. I was wondering, Where can I find a body kit for one of these guys? mine is the 4-door sedan model.

Hi my name is Scott looking for info on the wiring harness for the lemans i installed a C20XE in mine and the harness is german and i need the wire color codes so i can hook up the instruments and get power to every thing have the wiring code on the german sidebut i need the american any help would be great!!!!

hey man hows it going, its nice to see someone that knows how to work on a car other than putting in a deck, lol, most of the lemans's on here including mine r a piece of shit, but i gotta lot of stuff ready to go in, check out the dash i just finished up, i got the crappy lemans, so i didnt have a rpm guage, i ordered one in and custom painted it chrome, same with my custom cargo cover i made, and a few other things, next week i might be taking the engine out for a rebuild, clean it up and get some needed shit to keep it runing, anywho ttyl man, peace
