Now this is one CLEAN car. I have a friend w/ a Mazda Speed and it couldn't hold a candle to your car.My car doesn't have too much done. A little port work a little nitrous (til it all breaks). Other than that, nothing. Keep up the good work and add a couple more plaques to your wall.

Thanks for the props on my Z man! Your car is sick lookin. I hate the color yellow, but it works on that car with your setup. I've got $10k wrapped in mine w/ tons of bolt ons. 355 tt backed by a world class t-5 was in the mix, but mods are on hold for now...time to buy a house.

That is one killer Protege, everything you've done too it...wish i had the money to do all that i want with mine but college keeps me kinda binded....as for mine, its an SE2, not too many like it let along that ever get customized other then from factory products, but money spent = $181 window tint (Limo), $20 interior paint + sand paper, $60 Sylvania headlight & fog light bulbs, $50 Smoked headlight covers, $255.08 altezza tails, $78 custom tiger decals (designed by me), $425 replaced frontend bearings, $50 K&N air filter...and I think thats all so far...not much really as of yet, looking into rims and a body kit but still in debate and waiting for more money...always an issue there...but thanks for the comment, you've got a sweet ride...ttyl,

Thanks for checkin out my GTO. Your Protege looks great! Mazdas are awesome! I ahte it when people only go part way through with an import build, but with yours that is definatly not the case! Your car gives imports a good name.

Just spent a little over $400 on an AEM Intake, and an MSD ignition kit (coil, plugs, 8.5mm wires).

Looks like you have few grand into your ride. Looks nice but, I'm not into imports very much. Again yours does look good. I have about 2500 into it. The winch and lights I already had.

ok, that's cool. i will be adding more pictures, too. i won't be able to over the weekend, but i will be back on here monday or tuesday. i had 4 or 5 pages before, but i accidentally deleted my page this morning and so i've been working all day trying to get it all back together. i'm still a long way from being done. anyway, i will be adding more soon.

my frined had a 2000 civic with a super low cold air intake. we went through a crazy deep puddle one day too and had the same experience as you. its bad news when that happens haha. looks like you got lucky that the turbo saved the car! thanks for the comments on my page, your ride is awesome too! 5 stars easily.

Thanks for taking a look at my GTO and for the rating. Your Protege' is cool and you've done a great job making it that way. As far as how much I have in my goat..well, let's just say more than I paid for it. I just had it appraised tho and it came back at $30k so I'm still ahead of the game. Problem is, where do you stop once you get started?!! A 5-star rating back at ya!

nice ride.. thanks for checkin mine out... as far as money spent... well around 4000-4500.. but I didn'thave to pay anyone to put the parts on so that saved my some money.. if I had to pay it would be double probably... never really looking into install pricing so I am not sure what they would have charged to be honest with you... just bought the parts and put them on.. they are not hard.. "self explaintory really".. so simple a 'monkey' could do it...lol
