looks good man. gotta love the look of the roush and 01-02 headlights. i am going similar route with the 01-02 blacked out lights and roush. i am on neco also name on there is fordrule

I got that Energy Suspension front torque mount from BAT in Florida. Going to put it in on July 3rd when I have my rear brakes replaced. They are metal to metal.

I downloaded Adobe and viewed the available parts at batinc.net and man that site has a lot of stuff! Since the 2.5L in the Contour and the Cougar are essentially the same, the parts are interchangeable. That is good that you sent me there because I was starting to get discouraged at not being able to find parts for my Cougar.

Well I went to the Energy Suspension website and they list one torque mount for the engine (for 99-00 only), front sway bar frame mounts (99-01), rear sway bar bushings (18mm), and the rear control arm bushings. My car is a 2001 so idk if that engine torque mount would work. Guess have to call Energy Suspension. I had Prothane mounts in EVERYTHING in my old 1998 Dodge Neon R/T sedan (pic on my page at the bottom and link to my other page). I had the engine mounts and all critical suspension points were Prothane and the car was freakin awesome!

Hey there. Love the Cougar! I wonder maybe if you could help me with something I want to get for my 01 Cougar. My car has the 2.5L DOHC engine and I want to get urethane motor mounts for it. I can't seem to find a company that makes them! You have listed in your mods that you have urethane motor mounts. Where did you get them? Or did you make them yourself?
