I always liked the 66 body style - I also liked the console mounted guages when they were added. The 66's were not true SS427 but were either an impala with the 427 or an SS Impala with the 427. At any rate, I did like them but they are pretty rare animals.

Yea I forgot to mention its a rag Top, Hence the higher price, BUT yea it is in AMAZING Shape, like 37 K Org miles, and it is SO CLEAN. I saw a Nice 69 On the SS 427 Site in the Sale section for like $ 24K. I really like the 67's Myself, I love the hood, BUT I also have a taste for both the 68 & 69 for different reasons. What do you think of the 66 SS 427's ? I have seen a few around.

Well, im currently trying to finds the lillte parts that really matter to bring the look of the car out more, but am having lots of trouble, i really want to get some body work and paint, done, and remove the leaf springs and but gas shock absobers or a whole new suspension, to get a smoother ride, the engine is already rebuilt with a little performance parts attached, just trying to maximize my availible horses, i you have any opinions i am alllll ears buddy

I'm sure it's going to do great, Your car would definitaly be one of my favorite...Good luck, I wish you all the best! As for me, it's kind'a hard to injoy my car in the cold and snow fild winther months of north America, but hey, the summer is right around the corner. I can't wait to bring her back out!

Thanks for the reply, It's appreciated, and don't be influence by those "Low rider" guys! Your car looks awesome. Your 427 SS is a "street legend". Stock looking is the way to go!
