hey bro. just wondering if you can help me . I'm installing zz4 and 700r4 in my car. rear transmission mount is my question. can you post pic where you mount it on the frame rail. Is the brackets all the way flush to the bottom?. I just want to make sure I did it right. it seams as if its sitting a bit low. Your car is comin along great. How long did it take you to get to this point?

Good to hear from you! Tried to add more pics to my car domain page but forgot how to do it. Their help page didn't help at all. Anyway, the chassis is done with the drivetrain complete. Just added a full stainless exhaust system about 6 wks ago. Ordered a new C.A.R.S. frt filler splash pan about an hour ago. Took the grill, filler panel, bumper etc. off the frt end yesterday(04-24-08). The filler panel had some rust and damage. Front fenders are just hanging on with one bolt per side. I won't be putting them back on. They'll need the headlight buckets/cove and lower frt fender repair panels. If you know anyone who needs them, I'll take $200 for both(including inner fenderwells) and throw in a '56 slightly dented hood I bought a good set of frt fenders off a 150 Wagon a few months. C-Ya! Hey Terry. Ed again here from Hickory Creek, Tx. Check out my page. I've added a Tru-Trac serpentine system in Oct 07(no pic). Ordered/received a full floor yesterday. Still need outer rockers, rear wheelwells, maybe toeboards. Getting ready to put it in the body shop. Man, you are making progress! I've been thinking about the Dakota Digital dash. Did it hook-up easily? The '57 is really looking oustanding. You've really kept your eyes on the long-term: bringing the old girl back to better than new condition! I always have problems trying upload new pics on CarDomain-guess I need to call you. Keep going, Ed
