Great project, do you have a 318 or a 360? If it is a 318 check out ramchargercential.com (FAQ, engine section, what can I do with a 318) I followed that built for 331Hp at the flywheel and love it.good luck with you build. PS Cam, Carb, Intake and gearing need to work together if you are going with a single plane intake you will also need more carb, cam and gearing than with a dual plane and in a much higher rpm range. Good luck can't wait see the finished product. check mine out.

i wouldnt worry about the weight man my Caddy is 6.6 Tons and it still has get up and go if your willing to sacrifice the gas, plus the 425 isnt really a sport engine lol a 440 on the other hand if its the right year could reach 390 stock if im not correct, but either way good luck

dude with the list of stuff you want to do to that engine i would suggest that you scrap the 318 or keep it and get a 440 for it instead, and work on that.

Great old Dodge. Weren't the extended cabs pretty rare back then? I don't remember seeing any more than a handful back then.
