Hey thanks for the comments about my Nova, you have a great start to your project. It looks like you are taking care of the right stuff, brakes are very important and the discs will work great. As far as what ET you will run my guess is mid to low 13s. That is not to say you couldn't tune it into the high to mid 12s but there is always some problems. You will quickly find out where the weakest links are. You are ahead of most because you know the REAL HP of your motor(most don't). I have raced my Nova about 6 times and I have a true 500hp big block with all of the right parts and I have never run my 11 that the car should run. If I worked at it and spent more time at the track(to get more traction) I would get it into the 11s. So let me know what you run, it is alot of fun and you can't beat the rush. Have fun, see ya.

I do have some old pics but my scanner broke :(. I bought the car from a guy that works at the same shop as my dad, he restored it almost completely I just added wheels, exhaust, stereo, interior, powder coat to the motor, disc brakes, air ride suspension and some other small stuff. There were alot of people involved in the restoring. The frame was sandblasted at my dads shop and then it went on to different people for different things. Good luck on your project, looks like you'll have an awesome car. Jus takes alot of time and patience.
