the rcd kit is made for the ranger(98-??) the front fits perfectly except for the coil support needs to have a renforcemnt welded in, here is a thread on the install that answers alot of questions about the RCD kit.

Have you thought about going with the RCD kit? It is coilovers and it replaces the tortion bars, that with SOA gives abut 6" of lift and room for 33's-35's depending.

I have changed my mind about lifting her! I am going to drop her 2"-3" and go more with the street aspect instead. I don't wheel as much anymore, due to a lack of trails and people not wanting us to wheel on their properties anymore for one reason or another! So I'll keep you posted on the progress.

think it is same trans but I'm not sure check into it that would be sweet to have mustang 5.0 in it. The mustang 5.0's are a little more tuned from the factory. Not sure about t case swap haven't checked into it a whole lot yet.

No mine has just AWD can't even switch to 2wd it is on all the time I hope to do a transfer case swap with the same year explorer that has a 4hi, 4lo and, 2wd. The AWD hasn't given me any problems but the torque converter has to be taking some serious abuse from having to slip all the time to make up for not having low gear.

I'm starting to get mine lifted! I ordered the Add-a-leafs and preparing to do the TT lift once evrything comes in! I'm stoked, the last vehicle I had lifted was my Sammy!!! I was thinking in the spring I'd get a 3" BL from Performance Accessories, So I can get some Bigger meats under her.
