Page is looking good, I recently just debated having a strait axle swap for my front end but I had several shops tell me that this mitsubishi front end was very well built when compared to other imports and domestics. Same goes for the rear end. These differentials and axles are big enough to handle most V8's. More or less these axles were overkill and a product of platform sharing gone good. These front and rear ends are nearly indestuctable if lubricated and maintained properly. So you may want to consider rebuilding what you already have. It only cost me $700 in parts to redo the front end on my 85 MMAX and we didn't cut any corners. Now it drives like new and off-road it still fully capable. Good Luck

Hey sorry it's taken so long to reply but nice page and truck. If you would like I can send you some exclusive pictures of my Mitsubishi Turbo-Diesel. I think it would be the only pics would have of a diesel. Let me know. I also have some pics of my 85 D-50 4x4 (gas) I was going to post soon to a new web page here in the dodge section. It inspired me to rebiuld this mitsubishi. Good luck.

Thanks for looking checking out my rig. If you can get someone to do the swap for you it'll be a lot easier. Theres a D50 here on the island that had swapped in a toyota solid front axle. Looked pretty sloid too.
