hey, i was wonderin what kind of motor is in there. and if you had hood clearence problems. also did you have to custom make the motor mounts or do they have a kit for the motor swap. cuz i just got a '71 Vega and i plan to put a 400 HP 350 chev. SB in it. the vega has a 2-speed power glide so i'm gonna keep that in there, and i got a 12-bolt rear end for it too. so i was just wonderin how much work it would be. thanks. laterz

Great lookin car! I'm glad I found this website, I was starting to think I was the only person who owned a Vega. Hey those pop out windows are pretty rare, I've only seen a few 72's with them.
