Q: What happened to the CarDomain store?
A: We're teaming up with one of the biggest names in automotive parts and accessories to open a brand new store with a better selection. A: CarDomain has partnered with AutoAnything to offer an even greater selection of performance car parts. Check out AutoAnything for over 2,000,000 of the hottest name-brand parts for your car, truck, or SUV.

Q: What about car stereo and other mobile electronics?
A: Although CarDomain no longer offers mobile electronics for sale, our SoundDomain site has tons of information and support from other car stereo enthusiasts like you. Check it out!

Q: I just placed an order with CarDomain. Will I still get my stuff?
A: CarDomain is working hard to fill all outstanding orders, and most customers will still receive their items. If we cannot fill your order for whatever reason, we'll give you a call or email right away.

Q: I'm a previous customer and now I need help. Is customer service still available?
A: CarDomain is committed to supporting our customers. We'll still be available by phone or email through November 30th. CarDomain will honor its 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

Q: I want to return something. Can I still do that?
A: CarDomain will honor our 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. See our Return Policy for more information.

Q: I bought an Extended Protection Plan. What happens to that?
A: Bankers Warranty Group (BWG) handles all Extended Protection Plan claims, and will continue to do so. They can be reached by calling 1-866-213-2276 anytime.

Q: I need warranty service for something I bought from CarDomain. What should I do?
A: Repair claims for items still under manufacturer's warranty need to be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly. Please check your owner's manual or warranty registration card for contact information.

Q: What about the community? Is my ride page still going to be there?
A: Absolutely! The CarDomain community is alive and better than ever. In fact, we'll now be working even harder to make CarDomain the best automotive enthusiast community

Q: I had a bunch of product reviews on the store. What happened to those?
A: CarDomain has retained the huge number of store product reviews. We're still evaluating the best way to use all your great product feedback, so stay tuned! In the meantime, check out SoundDomain for car stereo support from the enthusiast community.

Q: Will existing CarDomain deals and coupons be honored?
A: Existing deals and coupons will be honored through October 25, 2007 at the CarDomain store. AutoAnything will not honor these deals and coupons.

Return Policy
Through November 30, 2007 (up to 30 days after placing your order), you may return any merchandise in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Please note that we will refund the shipping cost only if the return was a result of our own mistake.

Q: What about orders containing promotional items?
A: All items that are part of a promotional package must be returned in order to be entitled to a full refund. If you wish to keep any promotional items, you can choose to do so and be charged the regular price for the items.

Q: Are there any exceptions?
A: Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
  • Special orders
  • Wire, tubing, or loom sold by the foot
  • Opened videos, computer software, or CDs
  • Speakers that have visible signs of damage to the cone or surround
  • Products that have been modified or damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Products returned after 30 days of receipt
  • Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Products returned to us without using a shipping box (unless the original shipment from us to you was made without using a shipping box)

    All items will be evaluated upon receipt of the return in our warehouse for return acceptance.

    Note: Exchanges and replacements will be shipped after the original item has been returned to our warehouse and evaluated for return acceptance.

    Note: CarDomain reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee under the following circumstances:

  • Items returned blemished
  • Items returned missing parts
  • Items not returned in original factory packaging
  • Items returned with original factory packaging either damaged or not intact

    Q: How do I return a product?
    A: Please call us toll free at 1-800-597-9776 for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. We will make arrangements to refund the merchandise. We strongly recommend using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Insured Parcel Post for all returns. Please note that return shipping costs for expedited services such as UPS Air are not eligible for a refund.
