Our Scion tC has new wheels! Last week you told us what you wanted to see on the car. The Falken FK–451 tires won in a landslide, gathering a whopping 51% of the total. And 42% of you picked the PIAA Super Rozzas.

Falken and PIAA were happy to overnight the winning products to Discount Tire, and we cruised down there to hang out and take some photos while they were mounted. These PIAAs aren't just any wheels, and if you don't know what you're doing, it would be easy to mess them up. But the Discount Tire guys were all business, and did a killer job. The car rides great and looks sharp! Driving back to the office was a blast.

So now it's time to vote on springs. The choices are:

There may be a bit of a clearance issue with the lowering springs and bigger wheels and tires, so there's a chance we'll table the install until we do the body kit later this summer. Then again, maybe a bit of fender tweaking will take care of any potential rub issues. We'll find out soon enough and keep you posted. And while we're at it, we're going to install some new Power Slot rotors and Hawk Pads.
