The Las Vegas Convention Center is so huge it's easy to forget how many people are actually here. Last night, Rob and I tried to catch a cab back to the hotel, and found that two hundred other people had the same idea. We wound up taking the monorail I wish Seattle had oneand it worked out great. But this morning, we were right back in the middle of the action.
Walking the isles SEMA isn't for the faint of heart. First, the sheer distances you cover are insane. Juan wore a pedometer last year, and logged twenty miles in three days! Imagine that! Just moving through the crowd takes a fair amount of bobbing and weaving, and if you want to snap a picture, you'd better have lightening quick reflexes. I've lost so many shots because somebody walked into the frame! That's why I leave the photography to Larry Chen. He's worked for CarDomain plenty of times, and he's always shot great stuff, but he's been a total superstar this week. In the jungle of SEMA, he's the Indiana Jones. Props Larry!
Don't miss a second of SEMA, read the blog!
